ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for leading the delivery of new product development projects across a portfolio of market-leading automotive brands, taking products from concept through to launch. Working closely with international suppliers and internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will manage project timelines, commercial outcomes and product delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to specification. It is a hands-on position that combines project management, stakeholder engagement, innovation and product strategy within a highly collaborative and growth-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end new product development projects from concept through to market launch
- Manage project timelines, budgets and product specifications to ensure successful delivery
- Build business cases and support product approval processes and stage-gate reviews
- Liaise with international suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
- Maintain product data, pricing, specifications and project reporting within internal systems
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement through project reviews and supplier performance analysis
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience managing new product development or complex project lifecycles from concept to launch
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across suppliers, customers and internal teams
- Commercially minded with the ability to assess business cases, risks and market opportunities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data management capability
- Innovative and proactive approach with a passion for product development and continuous improvement
