KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consult with clients and provide tailored property investment advice.
- Build trust and educate clients on investment strategies and opportunities.
- Research market trends and identify suitable investment properties.
- Assist clients in developing and growing their property portfolios.
- Collaborate with internal lead generation and referral teams.
- Stay up to date with market conditions, legislation and investment opportunities.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Experience in property investment, real estate or a related advisory role.
- Strong understanding of the Australian property market and investment principles.
- Excellent communication, relationship building and consultative sales skills.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current Real Estate Licence and confidence using CRM and property technology platforms.
