Customer interface and TDP contribution
- Based on the highlights of the project scope, contribute to the construction of the TDP(s) around components, products,
systems, integrating customer trends and drivers
- Manage the customer Intimacy with regular meeting.
- Support the technical communications and marketing actions (ex.: Demo-cars, multi-medias)

Manage HW development projects and dedicated members
- Implement Standardization strategy, escalate Lessons Learned to improve the Standards
- In charge of the robust design in line with Industrial network for manufacturability
- Implement methodologies (ex.: CIP) and Tools (ex.: PLM) necessary to the developments

Resources and budget management
- Define with the site R&D Manager and the metier department the assignment of teams on his projects
- Define with the R&D Managers the competence which will be require in short and medium term for the projects
- Manage the resources dedicated to his projects
- Define and follow the budgets related to his projects MTP

Ensure the delivery and maintenance of Standards under his/her scope
- Supply or Maintain complete standards (product/process, justification file, training …) along the HW development
projects
- Integrate Lessons Learned in the standards and update documentation

Requirements

Experience in HW Development activities in automotive field (5/7 Years)
- Knowledge of HW development knowhow (5/7 years)
- Experience of successful products for automotive field as project development (3/5 years)
- Highly appreciated development experience in production, two projects at leas
