Interim Home Manager Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Day Rate: £250 - £300 per day Lead with Confidence. Deliver Outstanding Care. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Home Manager to join a well-established elderly care provider during an important period of leadership. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven Home Manager with a strong operational background who can quickly embed into a service, inspire teams, maintain exceptional standards, and drive positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide strong day-to-day leadership across all areas of the service. Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, legislation, and internal quality standards. Drive improvements in occupancy, service performance, and overall operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop the management team, promoting a positive and supportive culture. Oversee budgets, staffing, recruitment, and resource management to ensure effective service delivery. Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders. Prepare for inspections, audits, and quality assurance visits, ensuring excellent standards are maintained. Deliver person-centred care while embedding continuous quality improvement throughout the home. What We're Looking For Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or Interim Home Manager within elderly residential or nursing care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality governance. Proven ability to improve compliance, standards, occupancy, and team performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to hit the ground running and confidently manage operational challenges. Flexible, resilient, and passionate about delivering exceptional resident care.
