Lead Engineer - Product Development Team Leader

General Description (Purpose of the placement, Scope of program):

The PDTL work for all of skill team to lead the program goal.
And to be an interface between Japan OEMs and each internal stake holders from technical point of view. - Manage development timing schedule
- Lead/coordinate development items
- Support PM/Mfg activity
- Manage development budget and PIC
- Lead System Gate

Specific Responsibilities (Detailed information of the position's R&R):

・Co-ordinate Requirements with customer
・Arrange Cross-Discipline technical reviews
・Create / Maintain PD Project timing plan
・Co-ordinate Customer Issue resolution at design level ・Co-ordinate /achieve relevant design signoff to allow build/test ・Monitor and Maintain resource and budget periodically

Requirements

Required skills and experiences:

・Development experience as Engineer for Actual Product development ( more than 5 years)
・Experience in Team Management of the organizational team or Cross-functional team
・Development experience along with Company Quality Assurance Process and Procedure. ・Develop timing schedule based on customer timing and negotiation.

Preferred skills and experiences:
・Actual Development experience for Body electronics (Cluster, HUD, switches or Display)
・Working experience in Japanese company (ideally in Automotive or tire 1 companies)
