Order Fulfilment Specialist

We're partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Order Fulfilment Specialist for an initial 6-month basis, with the potential for extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring orders are processed accurately from start to finish.

About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative operations team, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end order process, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners, and ensuring customers receive a seamless experience.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, order administration, logistics coordination and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Process order amendments, returns and replacement requests.
• Monitor inventory availability and resolve supply-related issues.
• Liaise with sales, finance and supply chain teams to resolve customer and order queries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within business systems.
• Escalate issues where required and contribute to continuous process improvements.

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in order management, customer operations or sales support.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Experience working with ERP or order management systems (SAP experience highly regarded).
• Exposure to logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations will be highly regarded.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
