An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic and hands-on Office Coordinator to join the Australian head office of a well-established FMCG organisation based in Dandenong South.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the go-to person for office coordination, administration, and facilities support, ensuring the office runs smoothly while working closely with multiple teams across the business.

The Role

Working Monday to Thursday, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, providing support across administration, facilities, and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and visitor sign-in process
  • Welcome visitors and assist with contractor compliance requirements
  • Support accounts administration, including purchase orders and invoice matching
  • Coordinate onboarding administration and new starter packs
  • Maintain the presentation of shared office spaces, kitchens and meeting rooms
  • Manage office supplies and consumables, ensuring stock levels are maintained
  • Coordinate the movement of office supplies and materials between nearby sites
  • Assist with general office facilities and day-to-day operational support
  • Provide administration assistance across the business as required
About You
You'll enjoy variety, take pride in keeping things organised and be happy to roll up your sleeves to help wherever needed.

To be successful, you'll have:
  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Administrator or similar position
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with no task too big or too small
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to assist across all areas of the office
Working Hours
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: Approximately 8:30am – 4:30pm (some flexibility available)
  • Wednesday: Shorter day
  • No Fridays
