Senior Change Manager
Digital Modernisation Program 

11-Month Contract | Parramatta Square | Hybrid | Up to $950/day + super

This is an exciting opportunity to lead business change across a significant digital transformation program, supporting the successful adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working across the organisation.

The Opportunity

The Digital team is delivering a multi-year Digital Modernisation Strategy focused on transforming customer services, improving business operations and delivering better digital experiences.

With multiple product go-lives planned over the next 12 months and beyond, you will play a key role in ensuring business areas are ready to adopt and embed new digital capabilities.

You will work closely with business leaders, project and product teams, business analysts, delivery partners and end users to identify change impacts, build readiness, support adoption and ensure the benefits of digital investment are realised and sustained.

This role suits a hands-on, highly motivated, and influential change professional with experience delivering change across complex digital transformation programs and an understanding of modern CRM or business workflow platforms.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• - Strong experience leading business change associated with the implementation of new digital systems and technologies.
• - Proven experience delivering change across complex digital transformation programs.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement, negotiation and development of change artefacts.
• - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at executive, business and delivery levels.
• - A hands-on approach, with the resilience and adaptability to operate effectively in a fast-paced program environment.
• - Experience working within hybrid Agile technology delivery environments.
• - Strong understanding of change management, business readiness, adoption and governance practices.
• - The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• - Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly adapt to, NSW Government practices and standards.
• - Experience with modern CRM or business workflow platforms will be highly regarded.
• - Experience leading change within a regulated organisation will also be highly regarded.
