Registered Manager Location: Sevenoaks Salary: £38,000 per annum Are you an experienced care leader looking for an opportunity to make a genuine difference? The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and growth of the service. You will provide inspirational leadership to your team, ensuring that every individual receiving support experiences safe, effective, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and industry best practice. Lead, mentor, and develop care staff, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture. Drive the delivery of exceptional person-centred care tailored to individual needs and preferences. Manage care planning, risk assessments, audits, and quality assurance processes. Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders. Support business development activities, helping to grow the service while maintaining excellent care standards. Monitor service performance, budgets, staffing levels, and operational efficiency. Ensure safe recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and ongoing development of the care team. About You Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, Care Manager, or equivalent leadership position within adult social care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Passionate about delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes for service users. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) would be advantageous. Benefits Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum.
