MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Client Services Officer to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused professional with financial services experience who enjoys building strong relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional service.
The Opportunity
As a Client Services Officer, you will be a key point of contact for clients, financial advisers and dealer groups, providing high-quality service and supporting the smooth administration of client accounts.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing client account maintenance and processing transactions
- Providing administration support to financial advisers and dealer groups
- Responding to client and adviser enquiries via phone, email and chat
- Managing inbound and outbound contact centre enquiries
- Supporting client transitions and onboarding
- Preparing welcome communications and client correspondence
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Drafting and producing client communications as required
- Maintaining accurate client records, file notes and documentation
- Ensuring client files and activities meet compliance requirements
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve enquiries and deliver positive outcomes
About You
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and confident working in a high-volume environment.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in a contact centre or high-volume client service environment
- Experience within financial services, ideally superannuation, managed funds, IDPS or platforms
- Experience using regulated registry or member administration systems
- Knowledge of financial services products and platform, reporting or wrap services
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to client service
- The ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership and accountability for your work
Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded.
