Mayday Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading pet aftercare provider to recruit a Keepsake & Preparation Coordinator for their Morisset facility. No industry experience is required. This role is ideally suited to someone who is empathetic, reliable and comfortable working in a caring yet operational environment, taking pride in getting the little details right while contributing to meaningful work within a supportive team.

The Opportunity
As a Keepsake & Preparation Coordinator, you'll play an important role in ensuring families receive a beautiful and meaningful memorial experience for their beloved pets.
This position supports the cremation process both before and after services are completed, with responsibilities ranging from preparing pets for viewings and cremations through to creating personalised keepsakes and memorial products.

You'll work closely with internal teams, veterinary clinics and customers to ensure every detail is handled with care, dignity and accuracy.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing compassionate and professional customer service via phone and email.
  • Preparing pets for viewings and cremation services with dignity and care.
  • Creating personalised keepsakes including paw prints, fur clippings and memorial items.
  • Processing ashes and placing them into urns, keepsake products and memorial jewellery.
  • Coordinating engraving requests and quality-checking keepsake products.
  • Performing quality control checks to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
  • Completing accurate data entry and maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Managing customer communications and enquiries.
  • Assisting with stock control, warehouse duties and deliveries.
  • Supporting a clean, safe and organised working environment.
  • Working closely with the wider team to deliver a premium service experience.
