Pop-Up Store Manager, Livermore Outlets

• Build and strengthen client relationships to drive sales, loyalty, and long-term customer engagement.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by identifying business opportunities and implementing strategic actions.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience across all channels and events.
• Develop, mentor, and retain talent by providing coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Enhance store performance through strong leadership, client feedback, hospitality, and a best-in-class selling environment.

• 5+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or related industries, with strong management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop community networks and drive revenue.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, ZOOM, and virtual communication tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting clients, teams, and operations; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift
