A leading global financial services company is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives supporting business growth, operational resilience, and digital transformation.

Responsibilities:
-Define project scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation plans in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders
-Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
-Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes
-Provide clear and regular communication to project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership
-Plan and manage project resources, responsibilities, deliverables, and schedules
-Coordinate vendors and third-party partners while ensuring compliance with contracts and service agreements
-Track project milestones and proactively manage schedule changes and project dependencies
-Manage multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and delivery standards
-Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders across the organization
-Provide project governance, reporting, status updates, and executive-level communications
-Lead enterprise file migration projects to SharePoint Online
-Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
-Manage infrastructure projects across network, cloud, server, endpoint, voice, and collaboration platforms
-Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and vendors
-Drive Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Operational Resilience initiatives
-Support infrastructure roadmap development and technology investment planning
-Deliver executive-level reporting and governance updates

Required Skills:
-5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects
-Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Active Directory, and Azure
-Strong understanding of hybrid cloud environments and enterprise infrastructure
-Experience managing infrastructure projects across cloud, network, server, endpoint, collaboration, or related technology platforms
-Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
-Experience delivering projects within large enterprise environments
-Ability to build strong partnerships with business and technology stakeholders
-Strong project planning, risk management, resource management, and vendor management skills
-Advanced English communication skills
-Fluent or native-level Japanese, with native Japanese preferred for client-facing communication

Working Hours: 9:00–17:00, Monday–Friday
Working Style: Hybrid, approximately 3 days per week in the office and work from home
