The Opportunity
Due to an internal movement and expansion a well-established building products supplier is looking for numerous Branch Managers across South East Queensland and the Sunshine Coast. These are hands-on leadership roles where you'll own the full P&L, drive a B2B sales team, and operationally run a branch that genuinely matters to its Customers.
Revenue per branch ranges from $15m to $30m. You'll have a team of 15–20 people operating across a mix of Customer Services, Warehouse, Logistics and Account Managers.
Each branch has its own product focus — from commercial formwork through to cladding, structural timber, and general building products offering supply niches to their customers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Full P&L ownership — budgets, margin analysis, cost control
- Leading and coaching your sales team, including joint calls and pipeline reviews
- Driving revenue growth and market share through structured sales planning
- Building and managing key commercial accounts and new partnerships
- Overseeing warehouse, stock, and logistics operations
- Background in building products, construction materials, plumbing, or electrical distribution
- Experience in a trade/merchant environment highly regarded — think national or independent merchant groups, trade resellers, or similar
- Current Branch Manager or Sales Manager ready to step up
