Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring strong performance, accountability and engagement
- Drive revenue growth across plant hire, transport and workforce solutions
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the civil construction and infrastructure sectors
- Build and strengthen relationships with key contractors, developers and project stakeholders
- Manage strategic client accounts and maximise long-term growth opportunities
- Monitor project pipelines, market trends and emerging opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong subcontractor and supplier networks
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and broader business planning initiatives
You are an experienced sales leader with a proven ability to build relationships, develop people and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

- Industry experience within civil construction, infrastructure services, plant hire, workforce solutions, transport or related sectors is highly desirable
