We’re hiring a Assembly Technician to join a growing industrial manufacturing team in the Claremore area. This is a long-term opportunity with an established company that builds large-scale industrial equipment used across demanding commercial and industrial applications. Pay & Schedule
Pay: $22-24/hour PLUS $2 differential on top of hourly pay
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Location: Full-Time | On-Site | Claremore Area
Type: Contract-To-Hire | Long-Term Opportunity
Overtime: Occasional weekend work may be required based on production demands
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and build industrial heat exchange and mechanical equipment using hand tools and shop equipment
- Install structural and mechanical drive components including motors and related assemblies
- Secure and install hardware fasteners according to production specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
- Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and manufacturing guidelines

- Candidates with assembly, manufacturing, fabrication, or mechanical production experience
- Individuals comfortable working with hand tools and industrial shop equipment
- Manufacturing professionals who can read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
Requirements
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required
- Experience using hand tools in an industrial or production environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, dirt, and metal particles
- Non-climate-controlled facility with typical manufacturing shop conditions
- Required use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators when needed, and OSHA-compliant safety footwear
