Position: Packaging & Inspection Associate
Location: Henrietta, NY

Summary: Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging & Inspection Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Henrietta, NY. This temp-to-perm opportunity provides the chance to demonstrate your skills and transition into a permanent role based on performance and business needs. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in producing quality work and enjoy being part of a structured, team-focused manufacturing environment. Associates will support production operations by assembling components, inspecting parts, and packaging finished products while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Pay Rate:

• $17.50 - $18.50/Hour

Shift(s):

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Job Duties:

• Assemble components and prepare packaging materials according to production specifications
• Inspect and measure parts using tools such as calipers and tape measures
• Verify products meet quality standards before packaging and shipment
• Package finished products securely and accurately for distribution
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records of completed work
• Follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
• Identify and report defective products, equipment issues, or quality concerns to leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Support production goals and team objectives

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Prior manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive movements
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and productivity standards
