Supports the System Engineering Product in defining and maintaining System Requirements matching the Stakeholder
Requirements for the the Product supporting and internal functions (Communication, Diagnostics, Operating modes,
failsafe strategy...) i.e. product functions not being in the scope of the End user functions managed by Functions owners
