In this role, you will assist with preparing estimates, supporting project pursuits, and participating in planning meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quantity take-offs and digitize drawings using take-off software.
- Input quantities into pricing spreadsheets and ensure accuracy.
- Support the Senior Estimator in proposal preparation and bid reviews.
- Assist with internal preparation meetings upon project award.
- Coordinate with Field Operations and Safety teams on project planning.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors under senior guidance.
- Review proposals and scopes of work to support accurate estimating.
- Help prepare client presentation materials (e.g., pour plans, 3D models).
- Walk project sites occasionally to gain real-world feedback for future estimates.
