Senior Revit Draftsperson - Custom Homes

A well established custom residential builder is looking for a Senior Revit Draftsperson to join their drafting team.

This is a technical, production focused drafting role rather than a design position. You’ll be hands on with residential documentation while also having the opportunity to help shape and develop the drafting team - with a leadership opportunity for the right candidate.

About the role

• Produce detailed residential construction documentation using Revit
• Work across custom residential projects from documentation through to construction
• Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed and meet project requirements
• Work closely with the wider construction and project teams
• Help develop drafting processes, standards and systems
• Provide technical input and support to the existing drafting function
• Leadership opportunity available for the right person as the team continues to grow

About you

• Strong Revit skills are essential
• Previous experience with a custom residential builder is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of residential construction and documentation
• Technically minded with excellent attention to detail
• Confident producing drawings yourself and remaining hands-on with production drafting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with different teams
• Someone who enjoys improving processes and helping build a strong drafting function
