Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of Strata Property claims efficiently and accurately
- Conducting thorough investigations and assessments of claims
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth claims processes
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with policyholders and stakeholders
- Participating in negotiations to reach fair settlements
- Maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies
- Staying up-to-date with insurance regulations and industry best practices
About you:
- 2+ years in property claims (Non-Negotiable)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
