Apply directWe are currently interviewing for an experienced and qualified technician with at least 1 year of onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a part-time position immediately. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the Porter and/or maintenance position. The individual in this role must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
*WEEKLY PAY*
Daily Maintenance Task Expectations:
- Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
- Maintaining property grounds
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Pool maintenance
- Preventative building maintenance
Job Requirements:
- General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
- HVAC/ EPA Certification is a MAJOR PLUS
