CSA Project Manager

SilverBack is looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects. The Project Manager will take overall responsibility for project execution, safety, quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate engineering, commercial, design, and construction teams
• Monitor project progress, risks, budgets, and performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Manage project costs, forecasts, procurement, and subcontractor performance
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Lead meetings, reporting, and project communication

Experience Required

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality management
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations

Desirable

• Experience in life sciences, data centres, infrastructure, or commercial projects
• Precast construction experience
• Knowledge of BIM and digital project delivery tools
• Commercial and contract management awareness

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Project management experience within a Tier 1 construction or engineering environment
• Relevant health and safety certification (Safe Pass, CSCS, SMSTS, or equivalent)
• Professional memberships (CIOB, Engineers Ireland, RICS, ICE) are beneficial
