Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support sales administration and business operations. This role offers exposure to regional stakeholders and opportunities for occasional business travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sales invoices, sales reports, and related business documentation
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to support business decisions
- Follow up on customer orders, quotations, and contractual matters
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and overseas offices to ensure smooth communication and coordination
- Assist with ad hoc projects and business travel arrangements as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Native Cantonese speaker with good command of English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of contract law or contract administration is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
