VP of Brand Marketing

Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established fashion retail company seeking an experienced Vice President of Brand Marketing to lead its global brand strategy and marketing organization.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive will play a pivotal role in driving international brand growth, strengthening omnichannel customer engagement, and leading high-impact marketing initiatives across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's long-term global brand strategy.
• Lead international market expansion and go-to-market initiatives.
• Drive integrated omnichannel marketing across digital and retail touchpoints.
• Oversee global campaigns, PR, influencer partnerships, and brand communications.
• Manage marketing investments while optimizing commercial performance through data-driven decision-making.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing marketing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful product launches and brand execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the fashion, luxury, or apparel industry.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands internationally.
• Strong expertise in omnichannel marketing, including retail and direct-to-consumer business models.
• Established global relationships with media, PR agencies, influencers, and creative partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
