Chief Medical Officer

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading private hospital group in Indonesia. Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Medical Officer to oversee hospital operations, strengthen medical service delivery, and drive overall organizational performance in Bandung.

Job Responsibilities

• 
  Lead and oversee overall hospital operations, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and sustainable business performance.
• 
  Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve hospital performance, patient experience, and medical service quality.
• 
  Monitor hospital KPIs, including revenue, profitability, patient volumes, bed occupancy, and operational productivity.
• 
  Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, clinical governance, patient safety, and accreditation standards.
• 
  Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams across medical, nursing, ancillary, and supporting functions.
• 
  Collaborate closely with regional leadership to execute business priorities, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• 
  Medical Doctor with additional qualifications in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields preferred.
• 
  Proven experience in senior hospital leadership, preferably as a Hospital Director, Chief Medical Officer, or Medical Director.
• 
  Strong understanding of end-to-end hospital operations, clinical governance, and healthcare business management.
• 
  Demonstrated track record in driving operational improvements, financial performance, and service excellence.
• 
  Decisive, proactive, and results-oriented leader with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
• 
  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
