About the Position
The school is seeking a full-time VCE Humanities Teacher to commence in Term 1, 2027. The teaching load will focus on Years 10–12, with the ability to teach VCE Accounting, Business Management, Legal Studies and/or Economics. Candidates do not need to cover all four subjects, with the final teaching load determined by their areas of expertise.
This is a permanent ongoing opportunity offering a highly competitive teaching salary of up to $141,508 plus super.
Skills and Responsibilities

Deliver engaging Years 10–12 Humanities programs across relevant specialist areas

Plan and assess learning in line with Victorian Curriculum and VCE requirements

Maintain high standards of safeguarding, student wellbeing and classroom practice

Communicate effectively with students, families and colleagues regarding learning and progress

Collaborate with faculty colleagues and contribute positively to curriculum development
Requirements

Current VIT registration or eligibility for registration

Relevant secondary teaching qualifications

Ability to teach one or more of Accounting, Business Management, Legal Studies or Economics

VCE teaching experience highly regarded

Full Australian working rights
