About the Role

This role is ideal for a finance professional who combines strong accounting and reporting knowledge with a passion for technology and process improvement. You will drive finance transformation initiatives, improve systems and workflows, and support automation and AI adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations and financial reporting.
• Lead finance transformation, process improvement, and automation projects.
• Drive ERP implementation, system enhancements, and digital initiatives.
• Partner with business and technology teams on AI and workflow optimization.
• Enhance reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities.
• Manage UAT, process redesign, and change management activities.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years of finance experience with regional exposure.
• Strong all-rounded finance and accounting knowledge.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, process improvement, or finance transformation.
• Exposure to automation, data analytics, AI, or digital finance initiatives is preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
