This is an exciting opportunity in Tokyo for an Application Engineering Manager. Cummins Filtration in Japan is where Application Engineering Manager can Interfaces between client and internal engineering, quality and sales teams to design and deliver client solutions. Manage the development and project while demonstrating leadership within the team.

Applies advanced knowledge of technical engineering principles and practices in the identification and understanding of client requirements to manage the development of technical specifications, implementing designs, and delivering high performance, low-cost equipment and system solutions integrated with customers’ solutions.

  initiatives.

•    Applies technical expertise on complex components or projects with minimal

  supervision.

•    Leads small projects or portions of large projects.

•    Provides technical direction for a project or a project team.

•    Participates as a key contributor and is accountable for project success.

•    Influences at department or program management level.

•    Provides input on program-related decisions.

•    Demonstrates depth of knowledge of engineering discipline(s) and leverages

  applications expertise on other projects.
