We're partnered with a well established and growing Production home Builder within the Ohio market focusing on projects $350k - $650k in value and have a healthy pipeline of projects throughout the next 3 years. Our client is looking for a Field Manager/Project Manager to lead multiple projects throughout the Ohio market. 

• Drive the successful completion of production homes, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and deadlines
• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across all stakeholders
• Maintain an exceptional level of client satisfaction through proactive communication, attention to detail, and personalized service
• Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners to deliver outstanding results
• Oversee the seamless execution of multiple high-end projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within production homes and construction methods, premium materials, project costing, and scheduling
• Proven track record of managing complex, bespoke projects, with an emphasis on delivering superior craftsmanship
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing project teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and a passion for relationship-building

• Competitive base salary, up to $120k, depending on experience
