This role is critical in supporting the delivery of complex builds by driving construction planning and scheduling best practices using Primavera P6.
About the Role
As Construction Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction programs, coordinating with project and site teams, and ensuring delivery timelines are met. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that each phase of construction is executed on time and on budget.

About the Role
As Construction Planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed construction programs, coordinating with project and site teams, and ensuring delivery timelines are met. You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that each phase of construction is executed on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and update detailed construction programs using Primavera P6.
- Integrate schedules with procurement, design, and subcontractor activities.
- Work closely with site teams to track progress and adjust timelines accordingly.
- Identify risks and delays early and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present planning reports, lookaheads and progress updates.
- Participate in client and stakeholder planning meetings.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Construction Planner in the data centre or industrial construction sector.
- Proven experience with complex. end to end, construction projects required
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle including design, procurement, and construction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A relevant construction or engineering qualification preferred.
