MCR is looking to hire an experienced HSE Manager to lead and drive regional HSE strategy across SEA. In this role, you will develop and implement health and safety policies, ensure compliance with local and regional regulations and champion a strong safety-first culture across the business.

What you will do
  • You will lead and drive Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance across SEA, ensuring adherence to local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, training programs, and safety initiatives to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions to improve safety performance.
  • Partner with employees, contractors, project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure safe project delivery and consistent HSE standards across all operations.
  • Monitor HSE performance, maintain compliance records and reporting, and provide expert guidance on regulatory changes, continuous improvement, and operational best practices.
What you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental or Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline), with extensive HSE management experience across SEA.
  • Strong knowledge of regional HSE legislation, compliance requirements, risk management, incident investigation, and safety best practices.
  • Proven leadership experience managing large-scale or complex projects, with the ability to influence teams, contractors, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience delivering HSE training, managing multiple priorities, and driving continuous improvement.
