EH&S Coordinator

Location: Ireland | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: €36,000 – €40,000 Graduate Level | Up to €50,000 DOE

The Role

Working directly with the Environmental Health & Safety Manager, you'll support the delivery of EH&S programmes across site while helping to maintain a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace.

  • Support EH&S policies, procedures and management systems
  • Assist with audits, inspections and compliance monitoring activities
  • Carry out routine site inspections and identify potential risks
  • Support incident investigations and corrective action tracking
  • Maintain EH&S records, documentation and reporting systems
  • Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety awareness initiatives
  • Support environmental programmes including waste and sustainability activities
  • Assist in maintaining ISO management systems and driving continuous improvement


The Person

This role is open to both graduates and candidates with some industry experience.

  • Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Science or a related discipline
  • Graduates encouraged to apply
  • 1–3 years' EH&S experience would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of environmental and health & safety legislation
  • Exposure to ISO management systems is beneficial
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and maintaining documentation systems
