Position Overview
The Sales Manager plays a central role in driving nationwide sales performance through real-time monitoring and execution. This position directly impacts revenue growth by ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and drive sales performance across the company’s branches nationwide.
• Monitor hourly and daily sales via live dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with branch teams to push promotions, follow-ups, and closures.
• Identify underperforming outlets and execute immediate corrective actions.
• Track KPIs: walk-ins, conversions, average ticket size, and closing rates.
• Ensure sales discipline and execution during business hours.
Key Requirements Qualifications & Experience
• Strong sales leadership experience (retail or multi-branch preferred).
Technical / Functional Expertise
• Comfortable leading sales remotely from a command centre environment.
• Data-driven, aggressive, and result-focused.
• Experience in monitoring sales via live dashboards and reports.
• Ability to track and manage key performance indicators including walk-ins, conversions, average ticket size, and closing rates.
Soft Skills & Leadership Competencies
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Highly driven with a results-oriented mindset.
