THE ROLE:

As Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of a major public realm project in Tralee, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget.

  • Manage all site activities from commencement through to completion
  • Lead project delivery in line with programme, budget and contractual requirements
  • Oversee commercial and operational performance across the project
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant and materials
  • Manage client, stakeholder and consultant relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Identify and manage project risks, variations and change control processes
  • Mentor engineers and support the development of the wider project team


THE PERSON:

This role will suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure or utility projects. Candidates currently working as Senior Engineers or Construction Managers looking to step up will also be considered.

  • Background as a Project Manager, Senior Engineer or Construction Manager
  • Experience delivering civil engineering, infrastructure, roads or public realm projects
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent programme and resource planning abilities
  • Good understanding of health & safety and quality requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

LOCATION:
