Change Manager - Mobile Device Management Project
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support our client and lead the end-to-end people change for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) project. This role will be the sole change resource, so you will need to be highly autonomous, hands-on and comfortable working in an environment where the solution, impacts and requirements are still evolving.

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support our client and lead the end-to-end people change for a Mobile Device Management (MDM) project. This role will be the sole change resource, so you will need to be highly autonomous, hands-on and comfortable working in an environment where the solution, impacts and requirements are still evolving.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing change plans and conducting impact assessments
- Managing stakeholder engagement and resistance
- Developing employee communications and messaging
- Supporting training and organisational readiness activities
- Providing implementation and go-live support
- Driving adoption and reinforcement activities
- Working closely with the Project Manager and Technology teams
- Partnering with Internal Communications to ensure messaging aligns with the organisation's tone and communication channels
- Strong technology change management experience
- Previous experience delivering cyber security-related change
- End-to-end change delivery experience, ideally as the sole or lead Change Manager
- Ability to translate technical and security changes into clear, practical employee impacts and messaging
- Experience managing resistance and delivering change within complex, high-change environments
- Previous MDM/MAM implementation experience
- Experience with BYOD or personal-device change
- Microsoft Intune experience (Direct Intune experience is not essential if you have strong MDM/MAM experience)
