Chris21 Technical Analyst

About the Role
 
We are seeking a People Systems Analyst – Chris21 to join our client and support the ongoing administration, maintenance and improvement of their People Systems environment.

This role will support People Systems development initiatives, including solution consultation and design, testing and implementation. You will also be responsible for coordinating and resolving People Systems incidents, support requests and queries, working closely with IT and People/Payroll stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Chris21 and related People Systems.
• Participate in payroll and payroll-related activities.
• Support the administration, nominal development and ongoing maintenance of People Systems applications.
• Coordinate and resolve People Systems incidents, queries and support requests.
• Contribute to system improvements, enhancements and initiatives.
• Assist with solution consultation, design, testing and implementation activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal IT teams, People teams and external technology vendors.
• Ensure work is appropriately prioritised and delivered within agreed schedules.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and records.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in IT, Computing or a related discipline.
• Up to 3 years' experience in information systems or applications support.
• Experience working with HRIS or People Systems.
• Basic experience supporting Chris21.
• An understanding of software development methodologies and concepts, particularly in relation to HR systems, payroll, and time & attendance.
• Experience or understanding of payroll-related systems and processes.
• Ability to contribute to system improvements and business initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good planning, organisation and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver work in line with agreed schedules.
• Experience with document and records management.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
