• Support AR functions for 3 divisions; Corp, Commercial and Residential • Process Corp billbacks, track management fees, coordinate property reimbursements • Process wire transfers, assist with year-end filing of tax withholding forms, support treasury relationship and functions • Form and maintain legal entities as needed • Assist with property tax appeal process and audits (external, 401K, worker’s comp, etc.) • Entry level, 0-1 year of experience • Accounting degree preferred • Knowledge of Yardi and excellent Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUP’s and Pivot tables are preferred) • Detail oriented, self-motivated, personable and team player with experience in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication skills and strong business ethics are required
