Senior Manager, Product & Portfolio Management – Affluent Banking

About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Product & Portfolio Management to support the Singapore Product team, with a focus on affluent strategy, portfolio management, go-to-market initiatives, benefits partnerships and client engagements.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work independently, manage multiple workstreams and quickly contribute to priority client and commercialisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Affluent Portfolio Management & GTM

• Support affluent portfolio reviews, proposition development and growth initiatives.
• Drive go-to-market planning and execution across Product opportunities.
• Conduct portfolio benchmarking, competitive analysis and market research.
• Support the development of client business cases, presentations and executive-level narratives.

Commercialisation & Client Support

• Support commercialisation initiatives across products, benefits and value-added services.
• Help advance key client opportunities and track commercial pipelines.
• Support product launches, portfolio refreshes and migration initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

Benefits & Partnership Management

• Manage day-to-day engagement with affluent benefits partners.
• Support the onboarding, renewal and optimisation of benefits programmes.
• Monitor programme utilisation, performance and client feedback.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.

Programme Management & Operations

• Manage project plans, action trackers and implementation timelines.
• Prepare management updates, reports and presentations.
• Support governance, documentation and operational processes.
• Provide additional support across priority client initiatives and strategic workstreams.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in cards, payments, banking, consulting, loyalty or product management.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting client-facing initiatives and commercialisation activities.
• Ability to independently manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, structured and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to develop presentations, business cases and executive-level materials.
• Comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
