About the Role
You’ll lead corporate tax engagements, advise clients on complex matters and support the development of the team. Working closely with the partners, you’ll contribute to the quality of advice, strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to grow the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading corporate tax engagements and overseeing the delivery of advice and compliance services.
- Managing senior client relationships and understanding each client’s commercial priorities.
- Providing technical guidance on complex corporate tax matters.
- Reviewing work to maintain technical accuracy, quality and practical relevance.
- Mentoring team members and supporting their professional development.
- Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and develop new business.
- Working with the partners on the direction and growth of the corporate tax practice.

About You
You’re an experienced corporate tax professional with strong technical judgement and a commercial approach to client advice. You enjoy developing people, building relationships and contributing to the growth of a practice.
You’ll bring:
- Significant corporate tax experience within an accounting or professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of Australian corporate tax and experience managing complex engagements.
- A track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships.
- Experience reviewing technical work and leading teams.
- The ability to explain complex tax matters clearly and provide commercially relevant recommendations.
- Business development capability and an interest in shaping the practice.
- The ambition and readiness to pursue partnership.
