We’re partnering with a major NSW Government organisation to engage an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale operational transformation program within a complex, industrial environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end change strategy and delivery across frontline and corporate stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and delivery of change strategies and plans aligned to program objectives
  • Manage end-to-end change activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, business readiness and adoption
  • Develop and deliver communications and engagement strategies to support program outcomes
  • Identify, assess and manage change risks, issues and resistance
  • Partner with stakeholders across operations to understand impacts and support successful implementation
  • Collaborate with HR, IR, L&D and Communications teams to deliver integrated people change outcomes
  • Monitor and report on change effectiveness and business readiness outcomes
Key requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager within large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong experience developing and delivering change strategies and plans
  • Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement across complex environments
  • Experience working in operational or industrial environments (highly regarded)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver in fast-paced settings
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in change management
  • Willingness to travel across Sydney to operational sites (depots, stations)
