Working for a NSW government Agency, we are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support a major statewide technology program delivering infrastructure and operational readiness for a major event. Reporting to the Project Manager within Infrastructure & Operations, you will provide end-to-end project administration support to ensure key project deliverables are achieved on time, within scope and budget.

You will work across initiatives including:
  • Device as a Service
  • Networking
  • Mobile Phones & Telephony

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project management and administrative support across the program
  • Prepare reports, briefs and maintain project documentation
  • Coordinate resources and monitor project plans
  • Support stakeholder engagement and working groups
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions
  • Contribute to a strong safety and compliance culture

About You
  • Experience in project administration within ICT environments
  • Exposure to Infrastructure & Operations (End User Compute, Networking, Telephony)
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience working with vendors and suppliers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
