Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
• Partner closely with project and operational teams to monitor project profitability, costs, and financial performance.
• Review project financials, cash flow forecasts, and working capital management.
• Support business planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen reporting efficiency across the finance function.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, with managerial exposure.
• Prior experience in construction, subcontracting, engineering, project-based, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Experience managing project accounting, contract-related financials, or project cost analysis is an advantage.
• Hands-on, commercially minded, and able to work effectively with operational stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
