With platform usage surging globally, they require a Principal DevOps / Site Reliability Architect to lead the reliability, automation, and security scaling of their platform infrastructure.
Position Overview
You will be the core technical authority for system availability, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines. Working closely with core development teams, you will ensure high availability (99.99%), zero-downtime deployment pipelines, and efficient cloud spend management (FinOps).
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, implement, and maintain multi-region cloud infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Manage Kubernetes cluster orchestration (EKS) for containerized application microservices.
- Build and refine CI/CD automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Implement comprehensive observability, tracing, and monitoring stacks (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Establish incident response protocols and perform blameless post-mortems for operational improvements.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering within production SaaS environments.
- Deep operational expertise with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), and Terraform.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Proven experience handling high-traffic, low-latency B2C/B2B cloud platforms.
- Passion for modern FinOps principles and infrastructure cost management.
