Program Manager (Plastics)

Responsibilities:

• Become a focal point both internally/externally and coordinate projects with related stakeholders

• Define winning conditions like price, technical/quality requirements and timing

• Develop detail action plan to win business

• Manage program launches along with internal/external milestones

• Enlighten JOEM way/culture and drive/convince internal stakeholders

• Identify customer pain points and create the company value

• Drive customers with deep product design/manufacturing/testing knowledge

• Create necessary reports upon requests

• Demonstrates personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance.

   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, knowledge, skills, and/or ability preferred.

   Education/Experience/Skills:

   • Bachelor or Master degree in business or/and engineering, or equivalent

   • Knowledge and experience in automotive product design. Experience in designing automotive interior and/or

     exterior plastic products or plastic fastener products is a plus.

   • Project management and product development experience in automotive more than 5 years or equivalent

   • Ability and experience to identify potential future products and trends

   • Proven ability to manage complexity and change

   • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with experience in communicating and

     working with remote regions

   • English capability under multinational working environment

   • Working experience at foreign based companies

   • Flexible working time to communicate with stakeholders in different time zone

   • Self-starter and Result-oriented personality

   • Willing to travel

   • CATIA V5 software capable is required.

   • CAE software capable is a plus. (e.g. Inventor Nastran or ANSYS)
