About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced retail sales professional to join a premium showroom in Western Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for driving high-ticket sales, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the showroom and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including stock control and inventory management.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives and seasonal promotional campaigns.
- Support a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the showroom.
- Proven sales success within big-ticket retail, furniture or premium showroom environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and confidently close high-value sales.
- Experience managing stock control, inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Physically capable of safely lifting products of up to 20kg.
