Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and resident satisfaction Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community.
- Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs.
Requirements
- 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care.
- Own a set of basic hand tools.
- HVAC certification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the property.
- Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail All candidates will need to pass a comprehensive background check.
