Occupational Therapist — Alameda, CA 
Permanent Placement | $60–$65 per hour

Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for a rehabilitation opportunity in Alameda, California . Deliver individualized treatment that helps patients improve daily function, safety, and independence.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluate functional abilities and barriers to participation in daily activities.
• Develop individualized occupational therapy plans and measurable goals.
• Provide interventions addressing self-care, upper-extremity function, coordination, and activity tolerance.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and teach compensatory strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers and collaborate on discharge planning.
• Monitor outcomes, modify treatment as appropriate, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current California OT license, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.
