We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international healthcare organisation seeking a Patient Sales Consultant to join their growing Leeds-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales, business development, customer success or account management who enjoys a consultative approach and thrives on building trust with customers.

As the first point of contact for prospective patients, you will guide individuals through the services available, taking the time to understand their needs and helping them make informed decisions. Due to the nature of the role, empathy and compassion are just as important as commercial awareness.

The Role

  • Managing inbound enquiries from prospective patients
  • Conducting consultations over the phone to understand individual requirements
  • Building rapport and trust with customers from a variety of backgrounds
  • Providing tailored information and treatment options
  • Following up quotations and progressing opportunities through the sales process
  • Managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to appointment booking
  • Taking payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Using technology and AI-powered tools to enhance customer experience and sales performance
  • Working towards individual and team targets

About You

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, lead generation, customer success or account management role (desirable)
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Comfortable following up opportunities and converting enquiries into sales
  • Compassionate and able to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive and target-driven
  • Confident using technology, with an interest in AI and modern sales tools
  • Resilient with a positive and professional approach

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 annually DOE plus monthly commission / bonus

Location: Leeds City Centre - fully on site

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with working hours scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Approximately 1 in 3 Saturday mornings will be worked from home, with time off in lieu provided.
