We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator/ Senior Coordinator to oversee our warehouse operations and coordinate critical medical supply chains.Job details:
Working location: Shek Mun, Shatin
Duration: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm; Alternative Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
1. Emergency Order & Delivery Coordination
- Coordinate and prioritize urgent hospital orders and emergency delivery arrangements.
- Ensure critical medical supplies and equipment are delivered on time, meeting strict hospital SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent both stockouts and overstocking of medical supplies.
- Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Act as the primary bridge between internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Customer Service) and external logistics partners to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Resolve any delivery discrepancies or supply chain bottlenecks efficiently.
- Ensure all warehouse operations and handling procedures strictly comply with relevant healthcare regulations, safety laws, and company standards.
- Manage warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma graduate or above.
- 3-5 years of warehouse management/ logistics coordination experience is required, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle high-pressure, time-sensitive emergency situations.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Physically fit and capable of handling physical labor and manual lifting.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and medical device/supply handling regulations is a strong plus.
